Job Summary
Ensure the restaurant remains fully and appropriately staffed at all times while maintaining operational excellence for efficient service. Oversee compliance with all laws, regulations, and guidelines, and cultivate an atmosphere that delights both patrons and employees. Coordinate staff effectively, leverage extensive food and beverage knowledge to inform customers and wait staff, and utilize management software to drive performance. Prior experience as a restaurant manager and strong leadership skills are required for this role.

- Extensive food and beverage knowledge, and the ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
