Job Summary
Ensure the restaurant remains fully and appropriately staffed at all times while maintaining operational excellence for efficient service. Oversee compliance with all laws, regulations, and guidelines, and cultivate an atmosphere that delights both patrons and employees. Coordinate staff effectively, leverage extensive food and beverage knowledge to inform customers and wait staff, and utilize familiar management software to drive success. This role requires previous restaurant management experience and strong leadership skills.
