Job Summary
Ensure the restaurant remains fully and appropriately staffed at all times while maintaining operational excellence for efficient service. Oversee adherence to all laws, regulations, and guidelines, and cultivate an atmosphere that satisfies both patrons and employees. Coordinate staff effectively and utilize management software to support daily functions. This role requires previous experience as a restaurant manager, extensive food and beverage knowledge, and strong leadership skills. Competitive compensation and a great work atmosphere are offered.
