Job Summary
Ensure the restaurant is fully and appropriately staffed at all times while maintaining operational excellence for efficient and effective service. Oversee compliance with all laws, regulations, and guidelines, and cultivate an atmosphere that both patrons and employees enjoy. Coordinate staff effectively, leverage extensive food and beverage knowledge to inform customers and wait staff, and utilize management software to drive success. This role requires previous experience as a restaurant manager and demonstrates great leadership skills.
