Job Summary
Ensure the restaurant is fully and appropriately staffed at all times while maintaining operational excellence for efficient service. Uphold all laws, regulations, and guidelines, and cultivate an atmosphere that both patrons and employees enjoy. Coordinate staff effectively and utilize management software to support daily functions. This role requires previous restaurant management experience, extensive food and beverage knowledge, and strong leadership skills. Competitive compensation and a great work atmosphere are included.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a restaurant manager
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge, and the ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
