Shift Manager (Line Coach)

Job Summary
Manage the cook line to drive safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed while coaching peers on operational and financial excellence. Lead shift opening and closing procedures to maintain facility and equipment standards, and execute daily tasks including Jolt lists, PECs, and assigned management duties. Complete operational support functions such as purchasing, receiving, and inventory processes to ensure high financial performance. Requires a valid Food Manager Safety Certification, one year of supervisory experience, and strong communication skills. Successful completion of a mandatory background check is required.
Required Qualifications
- Supervising a team with at least 1 year of experience
- Hold a valid Food Manager Safety Certification, or willing to obtain upon hire
- Exhibiting strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Managing and adhering to schedules
- Successful completion of a mandatory background check
