Shift Manager Kangaroo Flat leads a team in Hungry Jack’s service and production areas, reporting to the Restaurant Manager as part of the Restaurant Leadership Team. Responsibilities include executing and monitoring promotional activities, employee development and leadership, store merchandising, stock management and stock control, and maintaining a safe working environment for all team members and guests. The role requires a high level of energy and urgency, a passion for training and mentoring staff, and alignment with Hungry Jack’s values (Guest Obsessed, People Power, Make a Difference, Stronger Together, Growth Mindset).
