Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house staff activities during assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining a safe environment. Train and mentor team members to uphold service standards while handling guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally. Manage inventory by ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels, and track performance metrics such as sales and labor costs to optimize efficiency. Requires a Gaming and ABLE license, minimum 21 years of age, and 2 years of supervisory experience in hospitality; flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to obtain a Gaming license
- Must be able to obtain an ABLE license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality, beverage, or food service industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times by adhering to the establishment's dress code standards, ensuring a polished and professional image is presented to guests
- Stand, walk, and work in a high-volume environment for extended periods
- Lift and carry moderate to heavy objects up to 50 lbs
