Job Summary
Provide leadership and customer service as a Shift Manager, ensuring operational responsibility while running shifts. Responsibilities include executing Speed of Service goals, resolving guest complaints, and maintaining a friendly work environment. Lead the restaurant team, provide constructive feedback, and manage business operations, including food cost control and compliance with labor laws. Maintain food safety and sanitation standards, demonstrating strong personal effectiveness, organization, collaboration, and professional focus. High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with one year of restaurant experience and relevant certifications.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, driving record and state mandated insurance for positions that require driving.
Desired Qualifications
- One year Restaurant experience preferred with proven lead experience on all shifts.
- Shift Manager certified.
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements.
