Job Summary
Manage each shift and resolve issues such as tardy employees, customer complaints, and food delivery. Ensure complete customer satisfaction, maintain highest cleanliness and sanitation standards, and enforce all brand policies. Complete daily paperwork including red book information and shift inventories to insure unit profitability. Train all staff levels on POS systems, back of house functions, and customer service operations. Represent the company with professionalism while treating all employees with dignity. Cover all shifts during normal unit operations and provide excellent customer service to franchise partners.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively with all hourly associates
- Ability to cover all shifts during the normal operation of the unit
- Previous restaurant experience
