Job Summary
Meet and greet guests while delivering excellent customer service and enforcing policies to lead the team. Run quality opening, mid, and closing shifts to ensure a consistent positive experience, and participate in associate training while upholding health and food safety standards. Serve as a role model to build a culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, and Trust. Work 15-40 hours a week with some holidays and weekends required, reporting to a manager for a full or part-time role. Join a team where most retail managers started as hourly associates, with a path to success and skills training available for career growth.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must pass a background check
- Ability to work & learn in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work 15-40 hours a week
