Job Summary
Shift Manager oversees front-line theater operations, supervises team members, coaches and trains staff, handles deposits and cash management, opens/closes the theater, ensures guest satisfaction, coordinates with the GM and corporate marketing, and collaborates with the team to maintain cleanliness, performance, and exceptional service. Cross-training in Cast Member duties and opening/closing routines is provided; role emphasizes guest experience, problem-solving, leadership, and collaboration within a dynamic movie-theater environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have availability to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Must commit to showing up to work on time when scheduled
- Must have a positive team-focused attitude and be willing to learn
- 1+ year of management or leadership experience
