Job Summary
As a Shift Manager, you will lead and provide excellent customer service while managing restaurant operations during your shift. Key responsibilities include executing speed of service goals, resolving guest complaints, ensuring compliance with food safety and company standards, and managing the restaurant team by providing direction and feedback. You will also oversee product preparation, equipment maintenance, and food cost management to secure company assets and ensure a safe environment. A high school diploma is preferred, along with shift manager certification and food safety certification.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Shift Manager certified.
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, driving record and state mandated insurance for positions that require driving.
Desired Qualifications
- One year Restaurant experience preferred with proven lead experience on all shifts.

- Must be 18 years of age.
