Shift Manager responsible for controlling the shift and delivering revenue and profits by developing the team to provide exceptional guest care and service. Operationally focused on implementing brand standards and policies, ensuring brand standards, scheduling and assigning employees, complying with Food Safety and Health and Hygiene standards, maintaining stock levels, understanding weekly sales, coaching and developing team members, and maintaining a safe, healthy environment.
