Oversee all duties carried out by the team during shifts, including general supervision, delegation, and ensuring opening and closing procedures are executed efficiently. Comply with company policies, manage stock and deliveries, and handle customer queries while maintaining hygiene standards and health & safety requirements. Assist in staff induction and training, promote the Customer Loyalty programme, and manage the service station in the absence of the Store Manager.
