Job Summary
Shift Manager leads and inspires a restaurant team to deliver positive customer experiences, maintain safety and cleanliness, and drive operational excellence. Responsibilities include coaching and providing feedback to team members, enforcing food safety guidelines, resolving customer issues, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment, and supporting the scheduling and training process. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, adapt to a fast-paced setting, and work flexible hours; prior restaurant leadership experience is preferred. Required Qualifications
- Adequate driving record including valid drivers license (if required by role)
