Job Summary
Lead and inspire a restaurant team to deliver a positive guest experience by coaching staff, setting goals, maintaining cleanliness and food safety, handling customer issues, and fostering professional development. Drive teamwork, maintain safety standards, and build positive relationships with customers and colleagues while working in a fast-paced dining environment. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work flexible hours, and meet background check and licensing requirements.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Background check completed satisfactorily
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant capacity preferred
