Job Summary
Lead and inspire a restaurant team to deliver positive, inviting customer experiences by coaching staff, setting goals, and providing feedback. Ensure cleanliness and a safe environment by enforcing food safety guidelines and maintaining operations. Adapt to a variety of situations to support team performance, resolve customer issues, and promote employee well-being. Build positive relationships with customers and coworkers, driving quality of life for the team and guests. Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs, maintain flexible hours, and work in a fast-paced setting. Prior restaurant leadership experience is preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license and insurance; undergo a satisfactory background check; be at least 18 years old. DRM is EOE. Required Qualifications
- Experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant capacity preferred
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs
- Valid driver's license & insurance
- Background check completed satisfactorily
- At least 18 years old
