Job Summary
Lead and inspire a restaurant team to deliver warm, inviting customer experiences while upholding food safety and cleanliness standards. Provide coaching and development to staff, set goals, give constructive feedback, and help teammates grow into new challenges. Maintain a safe, efficient operation by adhering to maintenance and food safety guidelines, resolving customer issues, and supporting employees’ well-being. Possess the ability to work flexible hours, meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and perform duties including lifting up to 50lbs. Commitment to quality service, teamwork, and community impact; promote a positive atmosphere and drive career growth within the DReaM team. Must be at least 18, have a valid driver’s license and insurance, and pass a background check.
