Job Summary
Lead and inspire a restaurant team to deliver a positive, inviting customer experience by coaching staff, setting goals, and providing feedback. Ensure compliance with food safety and maintenance guidelines, keep the restaurant clean and safe, adapt to a variety of situations, resolve customer issues, and support employee wellness. Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years old
- Background check completed satisfactorily
- Valid driver’s license
- Auto liability insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant capacity is preferred but not required
