Job Summary
Shift Manager at DRM Inc. Lead and inspire your restaurant team to provide a positive, inviting guest experience while coaching staff, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and applying food safety guidelines. Adapt to a variety of situations to meet customer needs, resolve issues, and support employee development. Demonstrate strong people skills, punctuality, and the ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment. Requires 18+ years old, a valid driver’s license and insurance, and a satisfactory background check. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Background check completed satisfactorily
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs
