Job Summary
Shift Manager leads and inspires restaurant team to ensure customers have a positive, inviting experience while meeting hunger needs and maintaining safety and cleanliness; responsibilities include coaching staff, providing constructive feedback, upholding food safety guidelines, resolving customer issues, managing shifts, and fostering a fun, customer-focused environment. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, work flexible hours, and possess a driver’s license with clean driving record. Prior restaurant leadership experience preferred. Location: Neenah, WI. DRM is EOE.
Required Qualifications
- experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant capacity preferred
- ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs
- valid driver’s license & insurance
- background check completed satisfactorily
- able to work flexible hours and work independently
- at least 18 years old
- fast-paced environment ability to meet tight deadlines
