Job Summary
Lead and inspire restaurant team to deliver exceptional service and positive customer experiences by coaching staff, setting goals, and providing constructive feedback. Ensure a clean, safe dining environment by following food safety guidelines and maintaining operational standards. Adapt to a variety of situations to support team performance, resolve customer issues, and foster employee wellness. Build positive relationships with customers and coworkers, driving engagement, quality service, and a fun, professional work culture. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work flexible hours, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Prior experience leading a diverse restaurant team is preferred.
