Job Summary
Lead and inspire restaurant team to deliver outstanding customer dining experiences by coaching staff, ensuring food safety and cleanliness, and maintaining a positive, engaging environment. Drive performance by setting goals, providing feedback, resolving conflicts, and upholding safety guidelines. Manage day-to-day operations, adapt to shifting priorities, maintain a fast-paced service tempo, and foster teamwork while building strong relationships with customers and coworkers. Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work flexible hours, and meet deadlines in a busy restaurant setting. Prior restaurant leadership experience preferred.
