Job Summary
Build a culture of excellence by working directly with the AGM and GM to ensure the team knows what they are doing. Lead daily operations by making food to spec, ensuring proper food safety, cleanliness, and atmosphere, while setting pars for food, beverage, paper, and eliminating waste. Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment, training and leading all team members to maintain high standards. Complete the comprehensive Flippers Pizzeria MIT Program and hold Serv Safe Manager Certification. This role offers weekly pay, flexible schedules, and training for future growth opportunities at the Lady Lake location.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
- Completion of comprehensive Flippers Pizzeria MIT Program
- Serv Safe Manager Certification
- Self-motivated with a friendly, out-going attitude
- Effectively able to train and lead all team members
- Has experience providing excellent customer service, with a sense of urgency, in a fast-paced environment
