Job Summary
Build a culture of excellence by working directly with the AGM and GM to ensure the team is happy, skilled, and aligned. Lead day-to-day operations by ensuring customer satisfaction through detailed production standards, food safety, cleanliness, and atmosphere. Manage costs by setting pars for food, beverage, and paper while eliminating waste and pilferage. Constantly seek to improve personal and team skills while training and leading all team members in a fast-paced environment. Complete the Flippers Pizzeria MIT Program and maintain Serv Safe Manager Certification.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
- Completion of comprehensive Flippers Pizzeria MIT Program
- Serv Safe Manager Certification
- Self-motivated with a friendly, out-going attitude
- Effectively able to train and lead all team members
- Has experience providing excellent customer service, with a sense of urgency, in a fast-paced environment
