Job Summary
Shift Manager F&B responsible for leading a management team, developing a loyal customer base, recruiting and training staff, coaching and counseling, and ensuring high standards of security, safety, cleanliness, and sanitation. Drives guest satisfaction, increases guest counts, manages staffing levels and budgeting awareness, collaborates with shift managers for consistency, and maintains beverage and food quality with attention to detail and ambiance. Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, POS proficiency, and ability to open/close procedures and run reports; emphasizes profitability and customer-focused leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or G.E.D preferred.
- Must have the ability to obtain the appropriate license pursuant to the New York State Gaming regulations.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field AND two (2) years' experience in a Supervisory position OR four (4) years' experience in a Management position OR two (2) years' experience in a Supervisory position within Resorts World.
- Six (6) years' related food and beverage experience.
