Job Summary
Shift Manager F&B with responsibilities across recruiting, training, coaching, staffing, budgeting, and operations to maximize guest satisfaction and profits. Leads the management team to ensure staffing levels, security, safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards are met. Maintains knowledge of POS systems, beverage operations, opening/closing procedures, and performance metrics; emphasizes guest-centric service, staff development, and collaboration to drive guest satisfaction and financial performance.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be able to obtain the appropriate license pursuant to the New York State Gaming regulations.
- Six (6) years' related food and beverage experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field AND two (2) years' experience in a Supervisory position OR four (4) years' experience in a Management position OR two (2) years' experience in a Supervisory position within Resorts World.
