Job Summary
As a Shift Manager (Lead Pawnbroker) at EZCORP, you’ll lead store Team Members to deliver outstanding customer service, promote sales, and negotiate terms for a wide variety of pawn items. You’ll oversee opening and closing procedures, supervise and coach staff, process loans and extensions, and ensure a courteous, respectful environment that differentiates EZPAWN from the competition. You’ll develop others through structured leadership training, pursue a clear career path toward store management, and leverage a strong focus on customer relationships to support community engagement and business growth. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of supervisory or lead experience, a valid driver’s license with auto insurance, and the ability to pass a background check and drug test. Knowledge of pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) and a sales background are a plus, with bilingual abilities considered a plus.
