Shift Manager - Experienced

Lead, coach, and develop crew members to deliver the best customer experience while ensuring food quality consistently exceeds standards. Follow and enforce cash handling procedures, provide fast, friendly guest service every shift, and maintain cleanliness of the restaurant at all times. Step in as needed to keep shifts running smoothly and support the General Manager in achieving business goals including sales, costs, labor, and inventory management. Set a great example by being punctual and in proper uniform. This role requires 8-hour shifts with weekend availability for a full-time, on-site position in Benton. Bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus.
