Job Summary
Create employee schedules, supervise staff, and assign duties to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly. Train and manage employees while leading the team in providing exceptional customer service. Resolve customer complaints gracefully, adhere to all health and safety rules, and provide sales and productivity reports to upper management. Maintain appropriate inventory levels, reorder and restock when necessary, and cover the shifts of absent employees. Requires a high school diploma, previous food service experience, and familiarity with POS software.
Required Qualifications

- Previous food service experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS software
