Job Summary
The Shift Manager at Caribou Coffee is responsible for overall leadership and direction of the store in partnership with the General Manager or Assistant General Manager. Key duties include team engagement, guest satisfaction, maximizing product sales, and ensuring adherence to operational standards. The role requires active communication, delegation of tasks, coaching of team members, and performance of administrative tasks such as inventory management and bank deposits. Candidates should possess at least 1 year of relevant leadership experience and have the ability to work varying shifts.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience required
- Ability to work at least early mornings, evenings, some holidays, and/or weekends
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
