Job Summary
Supervise shifts and work areas in a Papa John’s restaurant to ensure high quality products and customer service, while driving profitability. Manage operations including executing company policies, ensuring compliance with laws, and training/coaching team members to meet quality and customer service standards. Provide proactive leadership to achieve sales and profit goals, oversee cash handling and inventory management, maintain a clean, safe, and organized dining environment, and foster teamwork, energy, and a positive customer experience. Demonstrate operations expertise, respond to customer concerns, solicit feedback to improve operations, and promote brand loyalty through consistent execution of standards and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Successful and stable employment history
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to work long hours, nights, weekends, and emergencies
- Bilingual in certain markets
