Job Summary
Oversee depot operations by achieving collection service targets, early volume goals, and collection ETAs while ensuring compliance with all company and legislative requirements. Manage HR tasks and financial objectives through effective leadership of drivers and warehouse operatives, maintaining ISO procedures and analyzing systems reports in a timely manner. Monitor Saturn Success metrics and take swift action against unscrupulous activity. This permanent 40-hour role at Middleton Depot supports our mission to be the UK's most sustainable delivery company.
