Job Summary
Shift Manager role at Donatos Pizza in Atlanta, GA: coach and train Associates to deliver high-quality food and friendly service, open/close the restaurant when needed, complete administrative tasks, and ensure safety and security of associates, customers, and assets. Responsible for managing product quality, service, and Prosperity while achieving shift goals, training new staff to meet Donatos standards, resolving customer concerns with empathy, and enforcing food safety, labor, and cash-control procedures.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year experience as Shift Lead or Manager or Donatos equivalent experience
- Successful Completion of Donatos MIT Program and all corresponding certifications, Shift Manager E-learning modules, and food safe handler’s courses
