Job Summary
Oversee quality and service systems, coach Donatos Associates to deliver high-quality food and friendly service, and manage shift operations including opening/closing, training, inventory, labor costs, and compliance with food safety and health regulations. Ensure accurate order fulfillment, maintain service standards, resolve customer issues, and lead staff to uphold Donatos mission and values while safeguarding associates, customers, and assets.
Required Qualifications
- 1-year experience as Shift Lead or Manager or equivalent experience
- Completion of Donatos M.I.T. Program and all corresponding certifications, Shift Manager E-learning modules, and food safe handler’s courses
- Ability to stand/walk for entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to open/close the restaurant with administrative procedures
- Experience in training Associates to meet standards
- Strong focus on quality and customer service
