Job Summary
Shift Manager responsible for Quality and Services systems in the restaurant, coaching and training Donatos Associates to deliver high-quality food and friendly, honest service. May open or close in the absence of a salaried Manager, handling administrative tasks to ensure a quality opening/closing while safeguarding Associates, Customers, and Assets. Key duties include customer-engagement, handling complaints, maintaining Donatos service standards, training new Associates, ensuring accurate orders and timely service, managing shift execution, coaching on People/Promise/Prosperity, overseeing food quality and safety, labor and cost controls, inventory and deposits, and enforcing cash controls and sanitation aligned with local health requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 1-year experience as Shift Lead or Manager or Donatos equivalent experience
- Successful Completion of Donatos M.I.T. Program and all corresponding certifications, Shift Manager E-learning modules, and food safe handler’s courses
- Can execute all items on the Shift Manager readiness checklist
