Job Summary
Shift Manager at Donatos is responsible for overseeing Quality and Services systems, coaching and training Associates to deliver high-quality food and friendly service, and potentially opening or closing the restaurant while handling administrative duties. The role requires supervising shift operations, ensuring orders are accurate and delivered within promised times, managing people and costs (labor and food), enforcing food safety and hygiene standards, training new Associates on Donatos standards, and maintaining customer satisfaction through proactive service and issue resolution. Strong emphasis on leadership, staff development, inventory and cash-control procedures, and adherence to labor laws and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- 1-year experience as Shift Lead or Manager or Donatos equivalent experience
- Successful Completion of Donatos M.I.T. Program and all corresponding certifications, Shift Manager E-learning modules, and food safe handler’s courses
- Ability to open or close the restaurant and complete administrative responsibilities
