Job Summary
Shift Managers support the General Manager in enhancing guest experiences and team performance in the restaurant. They supervise the team, ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards, and assist in training and development. Candidates should have leadership skills, experience in the quick service restaurant environment, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Responsibilities include supervising team members, ensuring quality of service, and maintaining safety and sanitation standards. Open availability is required for shifts.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in quick service restaurant environment
- Valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance
- Food Handlers certification may be required
Additional Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for approximately 95-100% of the shift including ability to bend, reach, and lift and carry a max of 50 pounds.
