Job Summary
Shift Managers at Del Taco support General Managers in ensuring effective operations across various customer service areas, including quality, safety, and cleanliness. Key responsibilities include supervising a team, guiding staff training, handling guest interactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and laws. Candidates must have 1-2 years of supervisory experience in quick service or hospitality, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills, and may handle cash and manage food safety practices.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a Quick Service restaurant environment or a guest service industry in a supervisory or leadership role
- Ability to follow all Company operation policies, and procedures
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance
- Food Handlers certification may be required
