Lead the crew, deliver fast and friendly service, and coach team members to ensure positive energy during the shift. Maintain food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards while handling cash and shift responsibilities. Open and close the restaurant, solve operational problems, and keep things organized during the rush. Work alongside your team to make sure fans leave happy.
