Job Summary
Lead and supervise crew members during assigned shifts to ensure efficient store operations while delivering exceptional customer service and professionally resolving complaints. Maintain high standards of food safety, quality, and cleanliness in compliance with health regulations, and oversee opening and closing procedures including accurate cash handling and shift reporting. Train, coach, and motivate team members to enhance performance, monitor inventory levels, and support overall store success by meeting operational, sales, and labor cost goals. Be proficient at decorating cakes and learn cake procedures. Communicate effectively with staff and management to ensure clear expectations and teamwork, handling problem-solving and conflict resolution with professionalism.
