Job Summary
Shift Supervisor leads store staff in the absence of a manager, ensures opening and closing procedures, supervises the crew, handles customer questions and issues, maintains customer confidentiality, and executes merchandising and inventory tasks per weekly promos while resetting departments following POGs. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, advanced communication and supervision abilities, and a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends. Provides customer service with a focus on a positive shopping experience and adherence to store policies.
