Shift Manager

Meet and greet guests while delivering excellent customer service in every circumstance. Run quality opening, mid, and closing shifts to ensure a consistent positive customer experience. Enforce policies and procedures by leading the team, communicating expectations, and serving as a role model. Participate in training associates and maintain strict adherence to health and food safety standards. Build a culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, and Trust within the bakery-café environment. Work 15-40 hours a week, including some holidays and weekends, with full or part-time options available.
