Ensure all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for assigned positions and maintain employee cleanliness and neat appearance. Personally demonstrate that customer needs are the highest priority while ensuring food safety, quality, and order accuracy. Resolve customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive customer relations. This role supports the daily operations of a quick service restaurant, focusing on team execution, hygiene standards, and service delivery.
