Job Summary
Lead the closing shift by supervising and motivating the team while working side-by-side with them to ensure all assigned duties are completed. Manage inventory, maintain financial accountability, and deliver safe, quality food to customers in a timely manner. Clean the parking lot and grounds, sweep and mop floors, and handle trash containers. Maintain a safe environment for employees and customers while adhering to Charter Foods and brand standards. Work night/overnight hours with a flexible schedule. Must be at least 18 years old.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to work at night/overnight hours
- Must have reliable transportation
- Basic computer literacy
- Basic business math and accounting skills
- Strong analytical/decision-making skills
- Ability to supervise & motivate the team, while working side-by-side with them
- Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry out trash containers, and place them in an outside bin
- Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant
- Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping during 80% of shift time
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required
