Job Summary
Shift Manager oversees daily operations of the casino venue, supervising front-of-house and back-of-house staff during assigned shifts; ensures policies, procedures, and safety standards are followed to maintain a welcoming environment; trains and mentors team members to uphold service standards; manages inventory including ordering/receiving supplies and monitoring stock; handles guest inquiries and complaints professionally; monitors performance metrics such as sales and labor costs and implements strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability; requires lifting up to 50 lbs and ability to work in a high-volume, smoky environment; candidates must be at least 21 and able to obtain Gaming and ABLE licenses. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to obtain a Gaming license
- Must be able to obtain an ABLE license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality, beverage, or food service industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times by adhering to the establishment's dress code standards
