Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.)
- Three to five years varied experience in the operational aspects of the gaming industry
- Three years of department management experience including supervising personnel
- Ability to read and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, employees, and guests
- Basic mathematical skills and understanding of mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Strong understanding of MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook
