Job Summary
Shift Manager at Burger King leads Hourly Shift Coordinators to deliver smooth shift execution, drive team performance, and ensure guest experiences meet BK standards. Responsibilities include guiding the team to provide fast, friendly service in a clean environment; coaching team members; directing workflow; upholding BK standards; managing inventory and cash procedures; and supporting profitability. Required Qualifications
