Job Summary
Lead hourly Team Members during assigned shifts to deliver accurate, fast, friendly service in a clean environment; coach and motivate the crew with feedback and development; execute the shift plan under BK standards, directing workflow and filling in where needed; support profitability through cash-control procedures, inventory management, and receiving truck orders; opportunities to grow into higher-level roles and enjoy weekly pay, meal discounts, quarterly bonuses, and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment
- A people-first attitude with strong communication skills
- Ability to motivate others and solve problems confidently during busy shifts
- Commitment to great guest experiences, BK standards, and learning new responsibilities
- 18 years of age or older
